Something new about the work, about other members of the sangha and about myself.<\/p>\n<p>I think that being so close in contact with nature is healing and I feel  stronger both physically and spiritually.<\/p>\n<p>Doing zazen is helping me in many ways: to have a deeper understanding of myself, to listen to my body and calm my mind.<\/p>\n<p>I am grateful for having the opportunity to experience this way of life.<\/p>\n<p>Hakue.<\/tt><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No title Hakue I&#8217;m starting my third month in Antaiji, and all I can say is that I&#8217;m learning something new every day.
