I'm starting my third month in Antaiji, and all I can say is that I'm learning something new every day. Something new about the work, about other members of the sangha and about myself.
I think that being so close in contact with nature is healing and I feel stronger both physically and spiritually.
Doing zazen is helping me in many ways: to have a deeper understanding of myself, to listen to my body and calm my mind.
I am grateful for having the opportunity to experience this way of life.
