{"id":19895,"date":"2024-12-11T00:26:14","date_gmt":"2024-12-11T00:26:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/antaiji.org\/?page_id=19895"},"modified":"2024-12-11T00:40:11","modified_gmt":"2024-12-11T00:40:11","slug":"%e6%85%88%e6%88%92","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/antaiji.org\/ja\/history\/yearbooks\/yearbook-2024\/%e6%85%88%e6%88%92\/","title":{"rendered":"\u6148\u6212"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jikai<br \/>\n74yrs<br \/>\nI have returned to Australia after two and a half months at Antaiji.<br \/>\nI am so grateful that I was given the opportunity to stay and hope to return either next year<br \/>\nor the year after.<br \/>\nI thank the sangha for their kindness towards me and the inclusive, non judgemental<br \/>\nattitude &#8211; given the age difference.<br \/>\nWhat particularly struck me in my visit this time, was just how much planning and<br \/>\norganising goes in to keeping Antaiji functioning and providing for the sangha from year to<br \/>\nyear. There is nothing ad hoc about the activities and work which the sangha and guests<br \/>\nparticipate in. The full time residents really do make everything tick along, and the many<br \/>\njobs \u2018behind the scenes\u2019 are essential but also strong practice.<br \/>\nDocho-san\u2019s guidance and teaching will remain with me.<br \/>\nHere\u2019s a photo looking out my kitchen window &#8211; things just want to grow, including weeds.<br \/>\nI have plenty of work to do out there once the rain stops.
