Hiking to Mt. Gorin (November 2012)

Every year, usually on a sunny autumn day in October, the Antaiji sangha goes hiking.

This year it seemed as if we had used up all of the annual sunshine during the hot and dry summer months. October brought mostly clowds and rain.

So we waited until November, but it got even worse. The weather forecast announced that ony on the tenth, there should be no rain. And in the morning, we were even surprised to see the sun!

Alex is happy.

Here arrive the first dark and heavy clowds.

Who cares? The second can is opened.

But then again, the rain catches up with us. Even today, we would not get spared. But that is life, it is up to us to accept it.
