Even though I was at Antaiji for a short time, I learnt some things. I discovered by focusing on the simplicity of things through meditation I saw where the problems lay in my life. As someone once said " Many of the world's problems stem from the fact that most men cannot sit still in a room for any length of time". I feel more at peace when I sit down to mediate now. Thankyou!
