Daishin (Germany, 41yo, Cook)
Since March we are working on the old school in Mecklenburg Vorpommern to establish a restaurant and hotel here.
Both houses will be totally rebuilt and reconstructed therefore the work seems to be endless, like a long sesshin. Katharina is cooking the whole day for all of us. While Docho was on his trip to Germany, he visited us and helpeld, too. Next spring we want to open our establishment. The name is tenzo inn. Greetings to the Antaiji family. Daishin
