Free day before the Yoga-Zen retreat: Cleaning rice and drying futons in the sun, July 31st 2015

The meals at Antaiji are centered around unpolished, brown rice. The husks that sometimes get mixed up with the rice need to be removed by hand. Eriko (Facebook here), who will teach us Yoga for four days starting tonight, helps as well:
